Our 30-day money-back guarantee

UnbankedU is operated by Maximus Holdings. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to the 7 Layers of Sovereignty™ Core Program and to Family and Executive Advisory engagements.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you purchased with, or
• Contact us through the Contact page with your receipt and we'll submit the request for you.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider, typically within 5–10 business days.

What happens to your access

When a refund is issued, access to the purchased program — including the Learning Center layers it unlocked — is removed. You may keep any material you downloaded during the access period for personal reference only; redistribution is not permitted.

Advisory sessions already delivered

For Family and Executive Advisory engagements, if sessions have already been delivered we may offer a partial refund reflecting the work completed. We'll always discuss this with you before anything is finalized.
